Kickstarter Project: Launched!

by Rachael on July 12, 2010

All righty, for anyone who has talked to me about my future plans in the past, oh, two years, you’re probably excruciatingly aware of me blathering on about raising money for my proposed book about getting over my picky eating. Well, the talking is over, and I’ve FINALLY launched my Kickstarter campaign so I can raise the money I need to finish my book. There’s a widget right there on the right side of the site (—————>), so you can see how much I’ve raised. The cool thing about Kickstarter (for you, anyway) is that I don’t get any money unless I’ve raised 100% of the funds, so if I don’t raise all of the money, you don’t get charged! I also have super cool rewards available depending on how much you donate, but any bit you can give is more than welcome.

Seriously, y’all, this is a HUGE dream of mine, so if you’d like to help me make it come true, just visit my Kickstarter page.

Below is the video I made for my campaign, complete with kooky faces, Museo font and a song that features hand claps and ukulele. All perfectly orchestrated to make you think I’m impossibly cute and give me money. Yay!
